In this roaming dance work, the performers come equipped with retractable barrier belts that extend beyond their bodies to walls and each other to create temporary barriers that re-orientate pedestrians to engage in site and people in embodied and creative ways—in effect, they choreograph foot traffic.

Commissioned and performed for the Festival of Transitional Architecture (Christchurch, 2018), Auckland Arts Festival (Auckland, 2021), and Performance Arcade (Wellington, 2020 & 2024). Created and performed by Josie Archer and Kosta Bogoievski.
